Andy and his dog Cleopatra welcome everyone into U. The Barbershop with warmth, conversation, and the kind of easygoing atmosphere that makes people linger long after their haircut is finished. The spacious one-chair shop sits right near the entrance to The Village, with large front windows where regulars wave as they pass or stop in just to say “Bon Dia.”

There’s an old-school feel to the experience - not just about grooming, but about community, conversation, music, and personality. The shop often fills with people hanging around for the energy and banter as much as the haircut itself.

At the center of it all is Andy, whose years of experience show in the wide range of cuts and styles leaving the chair each day. From clean fades and clipper cuts to beard trims and classic hot towel shaves, the focus stays personal and relaxed. When asked why the shop is called U., Andy simply says: “Because the time in the chair is all about you.” And once you spend time there, that idea makes perfect sense.
